YOGA ADAPTED TO YOUR CONDITION
My experience working with a person with ES has convinced me of the benefits of yoga as an addition to other treatments: regular practice can bring improvements in day-to-day energy levels, strength, flexibility, and calm.
Because I am aware of the impact of toxic products of allergens on your health, I will be fragrance-free when I come to your home. I use only non-toxic cleaning and personal care products in my own home.

MY APPROACH
Together, we will practice simple postures
and breathing techniques adapted to your capacity, ending with a directed relaxation exercise.
The goals of this gentle approach are improved energy levels, feeling more comfortable in one’s body, and stress reduction, all of which are important for individuals with these chronic medical conditions.
